Preservation of client and supply chain relationships is more important now that it has ever been. Problems should not lead to a deterioration in relationships. Very often disputes arise because parties fail to identify and articulate their positions and as a result communications become frustrated and positions become entrenched.
Listening to and understanding each other is a key component of reaching a resolution to even the most difficult matters. Settlements of otherwise impossible positions often only occur when the respective positions are articulated properly and fully and the risks facing each of the parties can be fully identified and considered.
Often an outside perspective can be much more balanced than the perspectives held by those most closely involved in the day to day running of projects and the early identification of the headline issues is an area in which we specialise and can assist.
