Delay Analysis


John became involved in delay analysis as a project manager in 1998 and has developed those skills on live projects and through forensic analysis for over thirty years.

The firm maintains its involvement in on-going projects conducting programme and progress reviews for clients and providing delay analysis services for dispute related matters.

John has given extensive oral evidence on delay matters in a number of national and international arbitrations including more than two weeks of evidence on delay and related quantum matters at the IDRC in London on a major defence related arbitration.

He has engaged with opposing delay experts from the Middle East, the USA, Switzerland and Turkey in numerous arbitrations and adjudications.

John adopts many forms of forensic analysis and provided input to the first society of construction law protocol consultation. He subscribes to the common sense approach to delay analysis supported by sound forensic technique to support his views.
